Gaze into your very own eyes for five minutes.
Staring at yourself is an easy and as difficult as you can imagine it to be, so be gentle on yourself.
Set a timer for five minutes. Get comfortable in front of a mirror, preferably pretty close up. Look into the right eye or the left or move between the two; maybe you'll settle into one at some point. If your attention wanders, simply guide it back.
Take some time to reflect either through meditation, journaling, conversation with a friend or flipping through a few thoughts.
