I didn't choose this work, this work chose me.

My entire life, I’ve been obsessed with humans and how they work, relate to each other and the depth of wonder that is being alive in a body full of sensations, desires and awareness. As I grew older and began sensing, feeling and embodying my sexuality, I recognized a sacred awareness of this energy that I couldn’t ignore. I’ve always known there was so much to discover and share by fully embodying all that we are: the light, the dark, and all that is in between.

For me the study of sexuality and embodiment has been a lifelong journey. When I first learned what sex and orgasms were, it completely blew my mind and became an instant obsession. With over 2 decades of study, both practically and theoretically, the magnitude of this work lives in my body, in my cells and in my aura. The power of sexuality is so deeply embedded in my soul. My work centers sexuality as divinely sacred and healing for all bodies, genders, and expressions from mild to wild. 

My personal life history allows me to hold space for trauma, and nuance within this work, and I am committed to being as authentic and no-bullshit as possible. I am sought after (or recognized) for my unique approach to healing in this work that is centered in care, compassion, understanding and meeting people where they are at, free of judgement and with a sense of humour. 

In university I studied Human Sexuality and Biopsychology. I've since built on that foundation, consuming and digesting the intricacies of loving and sexual relationships.

My formal education in this realm has been through:

My passion and magic in this work is found in helping people release emotional baggage trapped in the body so their energy can flow better and provide more meaningful, powerful connections with the world they live, create, and love in. 

What is the work?

• it's not about learning techniques or tips or tricks

• it's about connecting - with ourselves and others

• it's about feeling - all the energies and subtleties

• it's about presence - being in the now, in our bodies, etc

• it's about love - healthy sexuality, from the sacred to the vile, is centered around love

• it's about embodiment - landing the practice in your body

Some people are "learn first, do later", I’m more of a "do first, learn as you go kind of person". I truly believe experience is the best teacher and you learn and embody more efficiently and with less risk of injury with a good guide. A martial artist never gets a black belt without a sensei.

There are 3 ways to work with me:
