Have questions? Get them answered.
Before you write to me, a note on what makes this worthwhile for both of us.
I read every message closely, and I answer thoughtfully, which means I can only do that well when there's something real to respond to. "I want to find pleasure" doesn't give me anywhere to start. What I can work with is you: what's present for you right now, what you're curious about, what's felt out of reach, what's made you pause before hitting send.
So take a breath, and write like you're talking to someone who actually wants to understand you — because I do.
Some places to start, if it helps:
What's drawing you to this work right now? What's shifting, or what's stuck?
Have you done embodiment work, bodywork, or ritual before? What landed, what didn't?
Is there something specific you're hoping to feel, understand, or move through?
Any real questions about how a session works, what to expect, or what I hold space for?
Vague is fine to start from, but don't stop there. Follow the thread a little further and tell me what's underneath it.
Already sure you want to work together?
Every session begins with a connection call, it's not a formality - it's how we find out if this is a good fit before anything else. If you're already feeling the pull, skip the back-and-forth and grab a time on my calendar.
We'll talk it through live, and you won't need to have it all figured out in writing first.
